Sawdust Producer

Committing Area (Log insertion)
Advantages
- Reduced labor : Entire commitment of crooked log
- Stability : No slipping, shaking, or jamming
- Quality of sawdust : Cut when firmly fixed in four directions

- Left ¤ýRight¤ýUp¤ýDown four-direction press method
- By firmly pressing the log in four directions, materials of different sizes in large commitments can be handled. Strong pressure regulates the speed of materials, maximizing work and production efficiency.
Cutting Drum

- Saw blade and chipping blade
- Part of the blades on each side are sloped to the angle of 2 to prevent the jamming of logs in the groove. This minimizes the wearing out of the blades, and enables long-term use through refurbishing.
- Fixed blades: Set of blades of a constant blade height are fixed
- Set of blades (1st fix) are fixed in the blade groove with a bolt. Then, a set of blades is attached to anti-escape groove with an additional fixture (2nd fix), minimizing the wearing out of the blades.
- Blade replacement: Full replacement of the set of blades
- Firmly refined set of cutting and chipping blades are replaced, enabling even unexperienced users to easily handle the equipment. Even when 45mm blades are refurbished to a maximum of 25mm, blades remain at a constant height.
